4. Data Hosting and Storage Locations
Solviapp Oy values transparency regarding data hosting and storage.
Primary infrastructure: All user data, service records, and platform databases are securely hosted on Hetzner Finland Oy’s Tuusula Data Center.
The Tuusula data center is fully GDPR-compliant and ISO/IEC 27001 certified.
No personal data leaves Finland without explicit legal basis.
Frontend hosting (Framer): Solvi’s website and static resources are served via Framer’s AWS Europe infrastructure (Frankfurt, Germany).
Framer does not store any personal data or identifiable user information.
It only delivers static content (images, layout files, etc.).
This setup ensures that all user data, booking data, and personal information remain stored exclusively within the EU, primarily in Finland.
5. Cooperation Partners and Data Processors
To operate securely and efficiently, Solviapp Oy collaborates only with GDPR-compliant partners:
Stripe Payments Europe Ltd – payment processing and fraud prevention
Signicat AS – digital identity verification and e-signing
Cloudflare Inc. – content delivery and DDoS protection
Google Ireland Ltd – analytics and tag management
Framer B.V. – website hosting and analytics (no personal data retained)
Hetzner Finland Oy – primary data storage and server infrastructure (Tuusula DC)
Kirjanpitaja.fi Oy – accounting and bookkeeping data access
All partners operate under signed Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) in line with GDPR Articles 28–32.
